Mediation is one form of conflict resolution. Trained in Mediation through The City of Bellevue, Denise will work in bringing to resolution conflicts involving parties with diverse interests.

EMPLOYEE INVESTIGATIONS
Conduct confidential employee investigations in the areas of discrimination, harassment and other forms of inappropriate workplace behaviors.

DIVERSITY
Diversity comes in many forms in the workplace, age, gender, ethnicity, just to name a few. Denise works with companies to develop understandings of how diverse people and groups come together to achieve organization goals.

ON-BOARDING
How an employee is brought into an organization sets the stage for the employee - employer relationship for a long time. Effectively orient and integrate new employees to the organization and early on develop the relationship that will serve the employee and organization well.
