Mediation is one form of conflict resolution. Trained in Mediation through The City of Bellevue, Denise will work in bringing to resolution conflicts involving parties with diverse interests.

Conduct confidential employee investigations in the areas of discrimination, harassment and other forms of inappropriate workplace behaviors.
