DOWNSIZING
Provide expertise is orchestrating a workforce reduction. Work with management on all phases of downsizing from gaining clarity on the organizational changes to planning the process in large scale reductions, preparing managers for the notification meeting, generating the lay-off packet, meeting with the “survivors” and providing transition services.

MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
Conducting and assessing due diligence on HR systems and practices. Guiding organizations through the consolidation and integration of people and practices.

SYSTEMS CHANGE
As systems and processes change provide assistance in converting the heart and head of employees as they learn to embrace the new.
